Your search data. One report.
SearchNex is the reporting tool marketing agencies use to bring a client's Search Console, Google Analytics, Business Profile and Google Ads data together with its CRM and sales data, so the client sees one clear picture of what search earns.
What we ask access toConnect. Combine. Report.
-
01
Connect what the client grants
The client adds one account, data@searchnex.com, to the Google products they want reported, at the lowest access level each product offers, and agrees with its agency which CRM and sales data to include. SearchNex sees only what has been granted.
-
02
Combine it daily
Each night the tool collects the latest numbers from every connected source into one dataset per client, so search clicks, site visits, profile actions, ad spend, leads and sales can be read side by side.
-
03
Report it clearly
The agency uses the combined data to report results to the client and to decide where search effort should go next. Every number traces back to the Google source it came from.
Asked to add data@searchnex.com?
Your agency uses SearchNex to prepare your search reporting. This is everything it asks for. Google access is the lowest level each product offers, CRM and sales data cover only what you agree with your agency, and you can stop any of it at any time.

Used for your reports. Nothing else.
SearchNex reads your data only to prepare the reporting your agency delivers to you. It is stored in our own cloud accounts, never sold, and never used to advertise to you.
When your agency's engagement ends, or when you ask, your data is deleted. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is collected, where it is kept and for how long.
- 01Lowest access: each Google product's lowest access level that does the job.
- 02Only what you grant: remove access in any product and collection stops.
- 03Never sold or shared for advertising.
- 04Deleted when the engagement ends or on request.
